Saturday BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Olympia Gymnastics Parties are private parties! No one else is in the gym but your guests!

We provide the qualified appropriate number of instructors based on the size of your party. Gift Table set up in viewing area.

Saturday 1.5 Hour Birthday Party

1pm-2:30 or 3:30-5pm

1 hour open play in the gym & 30 Min. Viewing Area or Picnic Table Cake Time!

Viewing Area Limited

$10 per additional child

If you expect more than 30 total ppl, please inform Olympia AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT, so we can staff accordingly

We book several months in advance, so please make sure to reserve early.

Private birthday parties are available for up to 25 children.

Costs range from $275 to $325 (Sunday Parties) plus 8.125% state sales tax
$10 per additional child
A $75 non refundable deposit is due when you make your reservation.

We have updated many of our gym policies, so customers will need to acknowledge and accept these new policies via the iClass Parent Portal before students can return. Olympia has taken precautions to reduce any contagious illness inside the building to keep our families & students safe. However, as a patron of Olympia, as with any risk, you assume risk when entering or allowing your child into the building.
