TUITION: The cost for each nine-week session is $195 but discounts are offered when you take a second class or enroll multiple children.

Tuition covers the entire 9 class or 9 weeks. Olympia does not auto enroll for the next session.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES:

All students who are enrolled in our instructional gymnastics program must be members of Olympia Gymnastics. As members, you are eligible to enroll in our training programs. This is an annual registration/membership of $45 due once a year for our class program. This registration fee covers liability insurance for each member and administrative fees. We give siblings a discount of $20 for siblings in the same family. Your registration fee is due once a year when you are enrolled in a program. This is charged at the beginning of your registration month each year your child is enrolled.

The tuition will be prorated if the student is enrolled after the session begins.

We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. WE DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS. There is a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Get Personal Attention From Certified Coaches

Get your child the individual attention every child needs with the classes available at Olympia Gymnastics & Cheer, San Antonio's longest running gymnastics program.

Gymnastics Classes at Olympia are done by ages & not levels.

So if you have an older child that is a beginner, they will be with kids their own age! Coaches will coach each student individually to their own abilities & skills. Circuits are created at the apparatus that the class is on, & drills & skills are taught at each rotation. Coaches will adjust each rotation skill to each student.

Easy Enrollment Processes

Enrollment is available online or in person at the front desk of our facility.

Sessions are available over a nine-class schedule and meet once every week for 50-55 minutes.

Just choose the class time and day that best fits your child's needs and your family's schedule and enroll!

Enrollment is online and live, which means it's open to the public at all times. Don't delay or you may not be able to get your child in the class you prefer!

Tuition & Annual Membership Fees

Olympia does not auto enroll for the next session. Class Cancellation Policy: A majority of our programs are limited enrollment. As such, enrollment in any program requires payment in full. If you choose to cancel your enrollment before the program begins, there will be a $50 cancellation fee per enrollment. Once session begins, tuition is non refundable.

Trial Class

TRIAL CLASSES ARE ALLOWED AFTER THE 3RD WEEK OF THE SESSION *AS SPACE ALLOWS*

TRIAL CLASSES ARE $20

If you enroll in class before the next class begins, the trial money you paid will be applied toward the tuition cost from the date of your trial class.

Make Up Classes

Classes can only be made up in the session in which they were missed. Olympia will attempt to make every effort to place the student in another class that is not full to do a makeup class however this is not always guaranteed that a class is open at the times the student can attend.

We have updated many of our gym policies, so customers will need to acknowledge and accept these new policies via the iClass Parent Portal before students can return. Olympia has taken precautions to reduce any contagious illness inside the building to keep our families & students safe. However, as a patron of Olympia, as with any risk, you assume risk when entering or allowing your child into the building.
