Ages *4yrs-11yrs *must be full bathroom independent.

By age group, kids will have tons of fun engaging in crazy games like Mat Tag, Fruit Basket, What If, Front of the Boat, etc.

Pick Up

9:45-10pm


Pull into circle drive HAVE CAR TAG VISIBLE.

If you pick up before 9:45, please call 210-826-4296

Doors remain locked for safety during the duration of PNO

PARENTS NIGHT OUT PARENT PROCEDURE


BRING REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE.  The kids play hard & refill water bottles often. 


DROP OFF: Parents will drop off at glass doors.  Please make sure you receive a NAME TAG at DROP OFF so you can show that at PICK UP in the car line.  Only staff & kids will be allowed in the building during PNO. Please do not drop off earlier than 5:55pm 


PICK UP: Have your child's name tag!  At 9:50 kids will sit in their groups & wait for staff to call them to the glass doors as their parent arrives.  Staff will bring your child to your car in the car line.  If you are picking up earlier than 9:50, please call 210-826-4296 so a staff member can bring your child to your car. 


Kids will be placed into two groups that will stay together throughout the event.  Each group will have open gym time on each side of gym.  They'll enjoy either open gym or a crazy fun game in their group.


Pizza & drink will be served along with dessert.

Everyone Deserves a Little Time Off Now and Then

Everyone Deserves a Night Out!
Give yourself a well deserved Night Out & your child an evening of fun at Olympia Gymnastics' next Parents' Night Out event. From 6pm to 10pm, kids ages 4 years to 11 years can enjoy a night of games, pizza, drinks, and lots of fun while you enjoy an evening on your own.

DURING PNO
  • Pizza & Individual water bottles will be served using health service precautions such as servers wearing gloves & sanitation of seats & tables & frequent hand washing.
  • DROP OFF-Parents will drop off at glass doors.  Please make sure you receive a yellow wristband at DROP OFF so you can show that at PICK UP in the car line.   For the safety of campers & staff, doors remain locked.  Call 210-826-4296 if picking up early or if you need to come inside the viewing area. Only staff & kids will be allowed in the building during PNO.

Established in 1985, our locally owned and operated facility is well run and we take every measure to ensure that the children are safe and happy.  Every PNO is hosted by Olympia's Director and/or Owners.  All coaches at Olympia have been background checked & safety certified.  Olympia locks doors after 7pm to ensure safety.
